"My mother moved to assisted living and we needed her home cleared quickly. Matt was professional, respectful, and efficient — the whole house cleared in one visit. Fair price, no surprises."
"Cleared my father's home of 40 years after he passed. Matt handled everything with care and dignity. We kept a few sentimental items and he hauled the rest away same day. Couldn't recommend more."
"Adult children hiring someone to clear a parent's home is never easy. Matt was compassionate and got the job done quickly and cleanly. The price was exactly as quoted. A real relief during a hard time."
We price by truck space, the same way we price every job. A single room typically runs $199–$349. Most of a home runs $549–$849. A full home clearout runs $699–$1,199+. Text us a few photos and we'll give you a firm quote before we start.
Furniture, mattresses, dressers, sofas, dining sets, clothing, boxes, appliances, TVs, electronics, lamps, rugs, and household items of all kinds. If it's in the home, we'll most likely take it — text us a photo if you're unsure about a specific item.
Yes. Many of our commercial clients prefer evenings or weekends so the cleanout doesn't disrupt the workday. Same cost either way — just let us know your preferred window when you call.
No sorting required. Walk us through the home, point at what's going, and we load it. If you're unsure about certain items, we can set them aside while we work so you can decide before we leave.
Items in good condition are donated to local charities and nonprofits whenever possible. Electronics are recycled. Whatever can't be donated or recycled goes to a licensed disposal facility — not just dumped.
A quick walkthrough at the start helps us confirm what's going and what's staying. After that, you can leave if needed — we'll text you when we're done. Many family members drop a key and let us handle the rest.
A single room usually takes 1–2 hours. A full home cleanout typically runs 3–6 hours depending on volume. Elevator access, stairs, and long carry distances affect timing — let us know the layout when you call.
We price by truck space — how much of the trailer the job fills. No hourly rates. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.

McLean has some of the highest concentrations of senior living communities in Northern Virginia — Sunrise of McLean, Arden Courts, and several high-end independent living buildings. These jobs often involve large homes with decades of accumulated belongings. We handle them with care and discretion.
Vienna's established neighborhoods — Vienna Woods, Nottingham, Westwood — have a large population of long-time homeowners. Many of our senior cleanout calls from Vienna come from adult children helping clear a parent's home of 30–40 years.
Reston's mix of condos, townhomes, and single-family homes across Lake Anne, South Lakes, and Hunters Woods means many unit types — elevator access, loading dock coordination, and HOA rules are things we plan for on every Reston senior cleanout.
Alexandria's Del Ray, Seminary Valley, and West End neighborhoods have many older homes with longtime residents. Several senior living facilities in the area also call us for unit turnovers after a resident transitions or passes.
Fairfax has a large supply of older split-levels and colonial homes — many owned by the same family for decades. We regularly clear these homes after a parent moves to assisted living or an estate is being settled.
Arlington's high-rise condos in Rosslyn, Ballston, and Crystal City require elevator scheduling and loading dock coordination. Cherrydale and Dominion Hills single-family homes are also common calls for senior cleanouts in the area.
