We Don't Take

Asbestos-containing materials, lead paint waste, hazardous chemicals, or regulated materials requiring special disposal permits. If you're unsure, call us first and we'll advise.

Pricing

Priced by load size, with a weight allowance built into each tier. Most renovation debris falls well within these limits — heavier loads (like concrete or tile) are billed at the applicable tier plus an additional charge if they exceed the listed weight. We confirm everything before we start.

Load Size What It Looks Like Price Weight Included
1/4 Load Small bathroom demo, partial room $199–$299 up to 0.25 ton
1/2 Load One room renovation, kitchen demo $349–$449 up to 0.5 ton
3/4 Load Multi-room renovation debris $549–$649 up to 0.75 ton
Full Load Full gut renovation or demo debris $699–$849 up to 1 ton

Loads exceeding the listed weight for their tier are subject to an additional charge — call us for details.

Common Questions

Yes. We coordinate timing with active job sites regularly. We can come during a break, at end of day, or on weekends. Tell us your schedule and we'll work around it.

Yes. Mixed loads are common. We price by truck space, so adding household junk to a debris pickup is just factored into the total volume. One trip, one price.

Concrete and brick are much heavier per cubic foot than drywall or wood, so they hit a tier's weight allowance well before the trailer looks full. A half-full trailer of concrete can end up costing the same as — or more than — a fully loaded trailer of drywall, since pricing follows whichever limit is reached first: volume or weight.

No sorting required on your end. Mixed construction debris is fine. Some recyclers prefer separated materials, but that's our problem to manage, not yours.

Text us photos of the debris pile and tell us roughly how much there is. For large job sites, a quick walkthrough is even better. We can usually quote within minutes from photos.
