Why Reston Trusts Us for Mattress Removal
Reston is a planned community built around clusters, condos, and lakefront single-family homes, and nearly every property here falls under Reston Association's design and use covenants. That means mattress pickups often involve coordinating building access or a cluster's shared parking rather than just pulling up to a driveway — something we plan for before we arrive instead of figuring out on the spot. Fairfax County also requires proper mattress disposal through a licensed facility rather than regular bulk pickup, so we handle that step on every job.
A lot of Reston customers don't need it gone today — they just want it scheduled and off their plate. We confirm the date, send a reminder the day before, and show up right on time. Set a date, and we'll be there.
⚠️ Fairfax County Won't Take It Curbside
Mattresses can't go in regular Fairfax County trash or bulk pickup. They have to go through a licensed transfer station. We handle that disposal step properly on every job — never dumped on the side of the road.
A mattress set at the curb, ready for pickup — common in Reston's townhouse communities.

"Professional and fast service. Matt gave us a clear and affordable price when we called him to set up the pickup, and got rid of our queen size box spring and bed in less than 10 minutes definitely planning on using the service again."

Mattress pricing is set by size, not guesswork: Twin or Full is $99, Queen is $119, and King is $129. A box spring on its own is $79, or a mattress and box spring set together is $149. A full bedroom set — mattress, box spring, frame, and dresser — starts from $249. We'll always text you a firm number before we show up, not an estimate that changes at the door.

Yes — garages, basements, storage rooms, wherever it's sitting. A lot of Reston mattresses end up staged in the garage ahead of pickup day, which works fine for us.
