Before We Arrive: A Reston Checklist
Condo or apartment: check whether your building needs an elevator or loading-dock reservation, and tell us the time window.
Renting? Appliances that came with the unit usually belong to the landlord and should stay — only book removal for appliances you own.
Gas range or dryer: have the gas line shut off and capped by a professional first. Unplug electric units and turn off water to washers and dishwashers.

Yes. Many Reston clusters have parking down a path or across a lot. We carry the appliance the whole way — that's what the $50 long-carry fee covers, and we include it in your quote upfront so nothing changes on the day.
Yes. Tell us your building's rules — elevator reservation, loading dock, allowed hours — when you book, and we'll schedule inside that window. Elevator buildings don't get the stair fee.
Only if it's yours. Appliances that came with a rental almost always belong to the landlord. If you bought your own fridge or washer, we'll take it — and if you're the landlord replacing units, we'll clear the old ones.

Refrigerant is recovered with certified handling, metal goes to a licensed recycler, and working appliances in good shape are donated when a charity will accept them.
