"We needed a 3,000 sq ft storage space cleared out in Sterling — old racking, pallets, mixed furniture from an office move. Matt coordinated everything same week, brought the right equipment, and had it done cleanly. Fair price, no surprises."
"Commercial tenant left behind a full floor of cubicles and server racks. Matt came out for a walkthrough, gave us a fair quote, and cleared it over a weekend. Professional, efficient, highly recommend."
"Used DMV Go Junk for a warehouse unit turnover in Chantilly. Fast response, showed up on time, cleared everything we needed gone. Will call again for our next location."
Warehouse cleanouts are priced based on volume and scope. Small commercial spaces (1,000–2,000 sq ft, lightly loaded) start at $399. Larger jobs — full warehouse floors, pallet rack systems, heavy equipment — are quoted on-site after a walkthrough. Call or text us to discuss your job and we'll give you a realistic range before committing to anything.
Office furniture, cubicle systems, pallet racks, industrial shelving, leftover inventory, electronics, appliances, and general debris. If you're unsure about a specific item — hazmat, chemicals, or heavy machinery — call us first and we'll advise.
Yes. Many of our commercial clients prefer evenings or weekends so the cleanout doesn't disrupt the workday. Same cost either way — just let us know your preferred window when you call.
Yes — we disassemble and remove standard pallet rack systems, metal shelving units, and modular office furniture as part of the job. For heavy-gauge industrial racking or built-in systems, we assess on-site before quoting. No need to take anything apart yourself in most cases.
Items in good condition are donated to local charities and nonprofits whenever possible. Electronics are recycled. Whatever can't be donated or recycled goes to a licensed disposal facility — not just dumped.
Either works. A walkthrough at the start helps us scope the job accurately. After that, you or a building manager can grant access — loading dock reservations and security badge requirements are things we plan for in advance so the job runs smoothly.
Small commercial spaces (1–2 rooms) usually take 2–4 hours. Larger warehouse floors with heavy racking or mixed materials can take a full day or be scheduled across multiple visits. Loading dock access and elevator availability affect timing significantly — let us know the layout when you call.
We price by truck space — how much of the trailer the job fills. No hourly rates. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.

Chantilly's Westfields Corporate Center and Route 28 corridor near Dulles are among Northern Virginia's densest commercial zones. Government contractor and IT office turnovers are common here — mixed loads of cubicles, server equipment, and general office furniture.
Sterling's Route 7 and Cascades corridor has a high concentration of warehouse and distribution facilities. We've cleared storage units, light manufacturing spaces, and distribution center remnants in this area — loading dock access makes these jobs efficient.
Herndon's Dulles corridor data center and office park area generates steady commercial cleanout work — tech company relocations, decommissioned server rooms, and lease turnover jobs. We coordinate access around security requirements common in this area.
Springfield's commercial and light industrial zones along Franconia Road and Commerce Street see regular warehouse turnovers. Mixed loads — old shelving, furniture, and equipment — are typical here. Good highway access makes haul-away efficient.
The Dulles Technology Corridor and Loudoun County's rapidly growing commercial zones along Route 606 and Shellhorn Road have some of the newest commercial inventory in Northern Virginia — and some of the largest warehouse and office park cleanout jobs we take on.
Alexandria's Eisenhower Avenue corridor and the Landmark/Van Dorn commercial district have a mix of office buildings and light industrial space. High-rise loading dock access and after-hours scheduling are standard on these jobs.
