"Had a 10x10 storage unit I'd been paying on for two years without really needing it anymore. Matt showed up same day, cleared everything out in about an hour and a half. Fair price, no drama. Should have done this sooner."
"Storage unit was full of furniture from a move three years ago. Matt quoted it by photo over text, came out the next morning, and had it completely cleared out. The price was exactly what he quoted, and he was done faster than I expected."
"Cleared out my storage unit after a divorce — lots of furniture and boxes I just didn't need anymore. Matt was professional, respectful, and didn't ask questions. Just carried everything out and hauled it away. Exactly what I needed."
We price by how much of the trailer the unit fills. A small unit (5x5 to 5x10) lightly filled runs $149–$299. A standard 10x10 runs $349–$449. A large 10x20 packed full runs $599–$749. Text us photos of the unit and we'll give you a firm quote before we start.
Everything — furniture, mattresses, boxes, electronics, appliances, TVs, clothing bags, tools, sporting equipment. Whatever is inside when we arrive gets loaded and hauled away. If there are items you want to keep, just set them aside before we start.
Yes, same-day is often available. Call or text us in the morning and we can frequently be there the same day. Storage unit cleanouts are self-contained jobs — no building access issues or elevator scheduling — which makes same-day scheduling easier.
No. You don't need to do anything to the unit beforehand. We carry everything out, organized or not. The only thing we ask is that you confirm what stays versus what goes before we start loading — if there are items you want to keep, set them aside.
Furniture and items in good condition get donated to local charities and nonprofits whenever possible. Electronics get recycled. Whatever can't be donated or recycled goes to a licensed disposal facility — not just dumped.
Most storage facilities require the account holder to let us in at the start, but once we're in and you've confirmed what goes, you can leave. We'll text you when we're done and the unit is empty.
A 5x5 or 5x10 unit usually takes 45 minutes to an hour. A 10x10 runs 1–2 hours. A packed 10x20 can take 2–3 hours. Storage units are straightforward — no elevator scheduling or building rules — so these jobs move quickly.
We price by how much of the trailer the unit fills. No hourly rates, no price-per-item. The price you're quoted before we start is the price you pay.

Storage facilities are everywhere in Northern Virginia — and we service all of them. Here's what these jobs typically look like in the areas we work in most often:
The Public Storage and Extra Space facilities along Sunset Hills and Reston Parkway are some of our most frequent stops. Units here typically hold furniture from condo moves or apartment downsizes — 4/8 to full load.
Herndon's storage corridor along Elden Street and Van Buren Street sees a lot of units being cleared after relocations and estate situations. Most jobs here run 2/8 to 4/8 load.
Ashburn's rapid growth means plenty of storage units held over from moves and renovations. Facilities along Route 7 and Waxpool Road are common stops — units often packed with furniture and boxes.
Sterling has several large storage complexes along Route 7 and the Dulles corridor. These units tend to hold heavier loads — appliances, furniture, and contractor equipment — so a full load is common.
Fairfax's storage facilities near Fair Lakes and Route 50 are often tied to estate situations or home transitions — furniture, household goods, and years of accumulated items.
Chantilly's storage clusters near Dulles and Route 28 see heavy contractor and business storage — mixed loads of furniture, tools, and business equipment are common.
Leesburg's storage facilities along Route 15 and the Battlefield Pkwy corridor hold a mix of residential and business items. Unit sizes here are typically larger — 10x15 and 10x20 are common.
Arlington's urban storage facilities near Ballston and Rosslyn tend to have smaller units (5x5 to 5x10) packed tightly with condo and apartment overflow. Quick turnaround, usually under 2 hours.
