Piano removal is priced individually — the type of piano, its condition, and how difficult the access is all factor into the price. A ground-floor spinet is a very different job from a grand piano coming down a narrow staircase.
Three things move the price the most: weight (grand pianos and full uprights weigh far more than spinets or digitals), disassembly (legs, lid, and pedal lyre removal on grand pianos, or breaking down an older upright, adds real time), and floor level (a piano on the 2nd or 3rd floor means extra labor and often an additional set of hands). All of this is factored into the price you approve — nothing gets added after the fact.
