Furniture, appliances, electronics, boxes, basement and garage clutter — one call handles all of it. We show up, load it, and haul it away the same day.

⚡ Same-day service available — call before noon for today's slot: (703) 828-7824
Whether it's a single bulky item, years of clutter, or an extreme hoarding situation, we show up, load it, and haul it away. No sorting required — just point to what goes. Household cleanouts, hoarder house cleanouts, storage units, rental property cleanups — we do it all, judgment-free.
We don't take: Hazardous materials, wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, biohazard waste. If you're unsure, text us and we'll let you know.
We price by how much space your items take up in the trailer — not by item count, and not by weight for standard household junk. A single chair and a single lamp take up roughly the same space, so they cost about the same.
| Load Size | What It Looks Like | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 1/8 Load | Small chair, few boxes | $99–$149 |
| 1/4 Load | Loveseat, mattress, appliance | $199–$299 |
| 1/2 Load | Couch, dresser, several boxes | $349–$449 |
| 3/4 Load | Partial room, bulk mixed load | $549–$649 |
| Full Load | Full trailer, major cleanout | $699–$849+ |
A truck rental runs $40–$80 for a few hours, and the Fairfax County I-66 Transfer Station charges roughly $65/ton with a $36 minimum. For a small load, that math can work out close to even. But most "small" jobs turn out bigger once you start loading — a couple of boxes becomes a full truckload of furniture, appliances, and bags once everything's actually out of the house.
Then there's the labor. Carrying a mattress or a dresser down a flight of stairs alone, multiple trips to the transfer station, and a full Saturday gone — versus one call, one price, and it's handled in a couple of hours. For most people the time saved is worth more than the cash difference.
Furniture and household goods in good condition go to Habitat for Humanity ReStore or Salvation Army before anything goes to disposal — we make that call on-site so usable items don't end up in a landfill unnecessarily. Appliances and scrap metal go to Potomac Metals in Sterling for recycling. Electronics go to certified e-waste processors. Everything else goes through the Fairfax County I-66 Transfer Station under our commercial account.
Full Load
Our SetupNo. Just point to what goes and we load it. Mixed household junk, boxes, furniture — no sorting or bagging required. We work through the space with you and confirm before loading anything you haven't clearly designated. If you're unsure about certain items, we set them aside so you can decide at the end.
This page covers general household junk — furniture, appliances, electronics, boxes, miscellaneous clutter. If you specifically need yard waste or storm debris hauled, see our Yard Waste Removal page. For renovation and construction debris, see our Construction Debris page. Either way, call us — we're happy to combine a mixed load into one trip.
For most pickups, yes — at least when we arrive so you can confirm what goes. For curbside pickups, you can leave items out and we can handle it without you present.
We re-quote on the spot before loading anything beyond what was agreed. You see the new price, approve it, and then we proceed — or you can decline and we load only what was originally quoted. No line items added to the invoice after the fact. This is standard on every job across Northern Virginia, whether it's a single item pickup or a full estate cleanout.
Yes — we try to donate first. Furniture and household goods in usable condition go to Habitat for Humanity ReStore or Salvation Army before anything goes to disposal. If you'd like specific items donated, let us know when you book.
Text us 2–3 photos and tell us roughly how much there is. We can usually quote within minutes. Call or text (703) 828-7824.
