TV and electronics removal Northern Virginia

Old electronics pile up fast — a TV upgrade leaves behind a 65-inch flatscreen you can't put at the curb. A computer replacement leaves a tower, monitor, and tangle of cables with nowhere to go. Fairfax County prohibits most electronics in regular trash. DMV Go Junk removes any electronics, any quantity, and takes them to EPA-certified e-waste recycling facilities — not the landfill.

Common Questions

Electronics removal is priced by load — how much of the trailer your items fill. Minimum charge is $99. A small load of a few items runs $99–$149. A full room of electronics runs $199–$349. A full trailer load is $699–$849. If electronics are added alongside an existing junk removal job, a $50 per item surcharge applies. All prices include EPA-compliant e-waste disposal.

All electronics go to EPA-certified e-waste recycling facilities — never the landfill. TVs and monitors contain lead and mercury requiring special handling. We use licensed processors in Fairfax County who recover valuable metals and properly dispose of hazardous components.

We strongly recommend wiping your hard drive before we arrive. We do not perform certified data destruction — if you need that, arrange it before pickup. For everything else — TVs, printers, stereos — no prep needed.

Yes — we unmount and remove wall-mounted TVs. We take the TV and mount. Standard pricing applies for wall-mount removal. We do not patch wall holes unless specifically requested.

Yes — same-day electronics removal is available when you call before noon. We're based in Herndon and serve all of Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland. Call or text (703) 828-7824.

Yes — working electronics in good condition may go to Goodwill, Salvation Army, or local school programs. Tell us when you book. Non-working or outdated units go to e-waste recycling.

We take almost all residential and small office electronics. The exception is large commercial server racks and industrial equipment — these need specialized removal. For any residential electronics, we handle it.

Yes. We work in HOA communities throughout Northern Virginia — McNair Farms, Countryside, Burke Centre, Fair Lakes, Kingstowne, and more. We follow all HOA working hour guidelines and never stage items on common areas.

Yes — multiple electronics are often priced as a load rather than individually, which saves you money. A full room of electronics — TV, computer, printer, stereo — can be priced as one job. Text us photos of everything and we'll give you the best rate.
